Classic Nia - Monday AM


Practiced barefoot to diverse music, Nia offers non-impactive cardiovascular exercise that increases strength, flexibility, agility, mobility and stability.

Participants in Nia classes receive guidance in adapting movement for their level of ability. 

Every Nia class is a unique experience, guided by a weekly focus and intent designed to engage student’s minds and stimulate body awareness.

Register at any point during the term and your fee will be prorated.
