Hi, I’m Mary, owner of Born to Move.

For over 17 years, I’ve been helping people keep moving, strong and mobile to continue to enjoy what they love and to open keep excited by life experiences with nia group fitness classes, MELT Method fascia work and body awareness through classes, workshops and retreats..

My mission is to make living in your body a healthier and happier place to be through conditioning, self healing and community.
