My mission is to make living in your body a more authentic, healthy and a happier place to be. I built Born to Move, to create classes, workshops and retreats where you feel strong,  healthy and grateful through conditioning, body awareness, great music and a supportive, friendly community.

Gold plated JOY is front and centre in my classes.  I believe we are responsible for finding joy in our own lives and Nia gives you the tools to find joy each time you dance it.
Nia on the Rock it is a one hour date with yourself to dance and become aware of how your body moves to music.

Two years after White Belt Elaine is introducing the joy of movement  to young and wellderly alike.

After getting introduced by a friend to Nia, I was hooked! The Joy, conditioning, health and giddiness Nia created in my body was amazing. I would not want to miss it from my life. My other love is supporting people. Be it in my main job as administrator or as a Nia teacher. It is deeply gratifying to help clients and students find joy and health. Making someone smile and happy brings out the most amazing feeling in myself. That is why I'm planning to step into teaching.
